We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the development and market launch of our mobile application AI-powered Digital Health Coach in the US market.

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product strategy, execution, and market expansion of our AI-driven brain health platform. You will be responsible for ensuring product-market fit, leading the development of a compelling user experience, and overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of the product. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, deep market understanding, and a passion for digital health innovation. You will collaborate cross-functionally with AI engineers, neuroscientists, UX designers, and marketing teams to create a best-in-class consumer health experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Development

• Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy for the AI-driven brain health platform tailored for the US market.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and ensure alignment with user needs.
• Partner with medical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA regulations.

2. User Research & Experience Optimization

• Lead deep and extensive user research to understand motivations, pain points, and engagement drivers for cognitive health management.
• Drive UI/UX strategy to enhance onboarding, engagement, and retention through personalization, gamification, and behavioral design.
• Ensure that AI-generated insights and recommendations are intuitive, credible, and actionable.

3. AI & Digital Health Product Development

• Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to refine risk assessment algorithms, predictive analytics, and personalized content delivery.
• Oversee integration with wearables, biomarkers testing, and user-reported data to enhance real-time insights and health recommendations.
• Work closely with neuroscience experts to ensure the scientific accuracy and efficacy of recommendations.

4. Go-to-Market Execution & Growth Strategy

• Help to Business development representatives to develop and execute the US launch strategy (Q4 2025) and support customer acquisition efforts.
• Support building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers, insurers and retail partners.
• Support and cooperate on definition of pricing and monetization strategies, optimizing freemium, premium, enterprise, and other models.

5. Data-Driven Decision Making & Continuous Improvement

• Establish key performance metrics (engagement, retention, conversion, revenue) and leverage A/B testing to optimize product features.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, iterating based on data insights to improve user experience and adoption.
• Ensure agile product development cycles to rapidly respond to market and user needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital health, AI-driven applications, or consumer health tech.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling consumer-focused digital health products in the US market.
• Strong understanding of AI, data science, and predictive analytics in healthcare applications.
• Expertise in UI/UX strategy, behavioral design, and gamification to drive user engagement.
• Hands-on experience with market research, customer validation, and go-to-market strategy.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, and data privacy regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for brain health, longevity, and preventive healthcare solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working with AI-driven digital health applications.
• Background in neuroscience, health tech, or behavioral psychology.
• Experience with B2B2C partnerships in digital health ecosystems.
